This precourse in bioinformatics and Klebsiella pneumoniae genomics was held on Wednesday 2nd May from 13.00-15.00, where we covered the basic principles of NGS, handling of raw data, specific Klebsiella pneumoniae genomics and we also demonstrated some useful online software.
